We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from guests of our hotel. Hopefully you will find this information useful. If you have a question that is not on the list, please feel free to contact the hotel, it would be our pleasure to assist you.
1. Q: Is there a complimentary airport shuttle?
A: Yes. The shuttle operates between 3:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. The service is on call. Reservations are required.
2. Q: How does the in-room high speed internet service work?
A: Internet access is always free. Simply connect your laptop to the blue cable located on the top of the guestroom workstation.
3. Q: Do the rooms have individual climate control?
A: Yes. Simply adjust the thermostat to a temperature that suits you.
4. Q: Where is your fitness room and what is the cost?
A: Our fitness room is located on the lobby level and is complimentary. We have treadmill, universal machine, bike and stair stepper.
5. Q: What is there to do around here?
A: We are conveniently located near Square One and Heartland Shopping, Playdium, The Hershey Centre, The Living Arts Center, Stage West Dinner Theatre and AMC Cinemas
6. Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes. Bistro 100 serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Hours are subject to change. Of course, room service is available.
7. Q: Can I get a late check out?
A: Guests that are already members of Priority Club Rewards may extend their check out time to 2 p.m. To explore other benefits of the Priority Club Rewards program, contact anyone of our Front Desk Associates.
8. Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Unfortunately we do not allow pets at our hotel.
9. Q: Do you have wireless internet access?
A: Yes. It is available in the Bistro 100 Restaurant, Bistro Lounge, main floor meeting rooms and hotel lobby. It is free of charge.
